Refund
With a hassle-free exchange or refund policy, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that our Loose Promade Fands and opened/used items are excluded.
If you are not satisfied, let us know within 7 days so that we can assist you as best as possible.
Made a mistake with your order? We will gladly exchange your unopened product.
Delivery
Please place your order by 10:00am. You can expect delivery anytime from 1pm till close of business day.
Overnight orders need to be placed by 12:00 in order for you to receive your parcel the following business day.
We are available for collection from 08:30 till 12:30. If you are sending a uber driver, then please instruct them to collect upstairs at DF7. The driver needs to provide us with your full name or order number.
Unfortunately there is no option for same day / overnight shipments.
Timeframe for outlying areas can vary from 3-5 business days.
General
Monday to Friday from 08.30 – 12.30 for collections.
If there is anything that you are wanting for your salon we can source it for you.
Requirements: Provide us with pictures and your budget. We will revert back to you within 3 working days with a quote.
You will earn R500 in cash for every lash student that completes their lash training with us. Reach out to us for more information.
Payment
Your parcel will only be shipped out once the funds have reflected in our account.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on our larger products such as mattresses, moon light, leg wedges, facial steamers, beds etc. We will quote you the shipping cost once address is confirmed.
When paying via the online systems the commission charged on the consumers end, however you can opted for doing EFT payments or cash on collection.
